Married Jan. 2007 in USA. My wife came over on k-1 and we were married in the 90 days. we have a child now 1.5 yrs old and my wife stays home to take care of him while I work. She wants to get AOS but my income is below 16k yr. Can she still get the AOS or must I meet an income requirement?
