AOS denied, can I file MTR?- Please help!

My AOS was denied. The denial letter states that “The regulations do
not provide for an appeal to this decision”. Does it mean anything or
its part of standard language? My questions are -

1) Can I file MTR?
2) My understanding is that if MTR is not approved, per USCIS standard
processing, it is sent to the Appeal Board. Since I have this line in
my denial letters, would my MTR be forwarded to USCIS for further
consideration.

From the little info you provided, it is hard to tell. What was the category, why was the denial. If you want privacy and cannot list those here, talk to your attorney.
