I got my I140 NIW approved couple months ago and subsequently filed I485. The next day after I filed it, I was arrested and chagred with DUI (this was my first arrest) 
((. It was later reduced to DWAI in court. I live in Colorado and DWAI is considered a traffic misdemeanor here. Do I have to mail to USCIS documents from court? Is it going to affect the adjustment of status at all? This is my only DWAI, and no prior criminal history. Thank you.
