Hi All,
I am once again in front of this forum seeking immigration advice.
I am a H1B holder married to a US Citizen, I filed my petition for GC and EAD on April 2nd,09 and I am done with the FP (April 24th).
My employer has sent a H1B revocation letter to INS on May 2nd and the last pay stub I have from this company is of Dec.,08. During JAN,09 and FEB,09 I was in India on vacation but got my H1B visa stamped in New Delhi.
I am expecting a job offer from another company, do you recommend me to get my H1B transfer (latest pay stubs I have is of Dec.08) or wait till I get my EAD?
Please help me in this matter.
