  • Had final interview but to this date nothing

On Feb 17 I had my final interview for my A/S and I-130 approval from spouse petition. The interviewing officer took away my EAD card and my I-94. She said that everything was ok, and that I would probably receive my welcome letter in three weeks and a few days later my conditional Green Card. To this date it has been two months, almost three.
What should I do? should I reuquest and Infopass? if so what should I ask?, should I ask for the retun of mmy EAD card?

    Might have similar issue...

You said "final interview" did you mean "final interview" or was it the "initial interview"?
The fact that you don't have the "conditional green card" yet would probably make it the "initial interview". Can you clarify?

I might be facing a similar suitation...I have my "initial interview" on May 18th and I am currently in the process of interviewing for a job (finally)...if i go to the immigration interview and they take my EAD card then I am offered the job...I will not have proper documentation in order to accept employment.

So, I a curious as to whether your interview was the "initial interview" or your "final interview".

This is confusing??? A/S???? is this Adjustment of Status? Did you go through the I-485 process? Just because you a 797c does not mean you have an immigration benefit. Be more specific please so we may help you.
