AC21 Question

I plan to apply for AC21, Do we need to submit the termination letter from the old employer for the AC21 process, if not is the AC21 going to be rejected ? Is there any such situation or news recently ?

Read about it on immihelp. AC21 has got nothing to do with ex-emploer or the termination letter.
