Hi this is Paolo, from Italy. I've been petitioned by my son, who is US citizen. We had two interviews: one in December 2008 and another March 16th, 2009. The lady who interviewed us the last time, said that we shouldn't have been called for a second time; that everything was allright and I had been approved, but she couldn't stamp my passport, because they were still expecting a last document from another city. The officer gently said that I would have been waiting for "weeks", before arriving my GC at home, by mail. Now, this is the point: since March 16th to today they have been passed almost two months and my EAD has just expired: what should I do? Wait? Or to get an Infopass?
Please, anybody could know anything about this type of issue, let me know. Thank you very much in advance for the reply.
