Hi All,
I had an RFE that TSC received on 12th of this month. After that,I saw two soft updates on 15th and 18th.
I called the customer service today and wanted to know if avisa number was assigned to my case but the IO wasnt able to tell me.
I am just wondering how long I have to wait.
Category EB-2, PD is Mar 2002. I-485 receipt date is 2008 Oct.
Anyone out there with similiar situation?
