Following is my situation - My green card is under EB2 with I485 pending & I140 approved. I have been working on H1B with employer A & has got an valid EAD (never used it). Had filed for AC21 while joining employer A & a letter was sent to USCIS for notification.
Now lost my job with employer A on 15th May & they are notifying the USCIS about my termination. If you can please answer on the following it will be very helpful for me..
1. In view of my termination with employer A & employer A notifying USCIS. Do I have to expect some communication from USCIS with regard to H1B or Green card.
2. In view of my termination with employer A , does it impact / change anything on my GC process
3. If I am getting my next job on EAD till what date I am ok with regard to my legal stay within US & Green Card
4. When I take the next job with a new company on EAD . what are the things I need to do (ensure).
Will appreciate any help in this regard..
