I Have applied I485 for all of my family in 2005 and only received mine and my wife's approval and the EAD's but for children they sent back the application saying that there should be two different checks for each of my child. But when my attorney replied to it with the correct checks, they again sent it back saying the dates are not current. The status of my kids will be expiring the month of june 2010 ( They are on H4 Visa).
What should i do now?
How will i get my childrens I 485 applied?
What will be status of my children after june 2010?
