You have to bring all original documents and copies. and dont forget your original Birth Certificate (like it happend to me) and your spouse! If you have a joint tax return ...YES! all documentation with both of your names -YOU NEED TO BRING. Good luck!

In my case I had a joint financial sponser too and was asked for each copy of the orginal document. The interviewer also want to see "updated" paystub information--which I had. In my case I filed the paperwork in Jan/Feb with the most recent paystubs at that time so when I went for the interview (this month) I was asked for updated pay stub information from my sponser from the past 2 months (in which case I had that--luckly). Also, I was asked for the orginal passport (which again--thank God I had) which showed my sponser as a citizen, updated job letter with a recent date and because we filed based on 2008 taxes we were ok but if we had filed with my sponser's 2007 tax return they would have asked for the 2008 tax return as well. My experience having read lots of people's experiences and talked to lots of people...every interviewer is different so it all depends on what they focus on.
My advice---do whatever you can to get the information--I mean whatever you can--but if you dont have it then just say so in the meeting when asked...
Good Luck--Blessings!
