Hello All,
I filed my I-1485 in July 2007 using a pending I-140 application. I got married in Nov 2008 and recently tried to file for wife's 485 in Texas. The office returned my application stating that there are "A VISA number is not available at this time".
Currently, my I-140 and I-485 applications have been moved to the AAO office since my 140 was denied and subsequently refiled and appealed to the AAO office. It is still under review with the AAO office.
Is it because that my application is with the AAO office, my wife cannot be added to my application.
I am not sure of the reason. Can anyone help me with this issue?
