Submitting proofs of bona fide marriage for RFE of I-485 application

Hi:

We have got an RFE for providing proof of the bona fide marriage, on my wife's I-485 application. Also, she has been asked to provide a new G-28 with the new attorney or withdraw the existing G-28 if the old attorney is no more representing her.

My question is, can I myself provide all the required documents as a proof of bona fide marriage and withdraw the old G-28 form for my wife's RFE as there has been a change in the attorney as I changed my employer?

What is the recommended way of handling the G-28 request in the RFE? The only reason for not going through my existing lawyer is to save time and money. Will it have some adverse effect on my wife's pending I-485 application, if we withdraw the existing G-28 form and don't provide a new one but provide all the necessary documents to prove our marriage legal and bona fide.

I did to receive RFE on my wife on 6/22. Dont know the details but the RFE is from NIW.
waiting to see what do they want.
mine is EB3, PD jan2003. several EADs

RFE on my Wife's 485 too

I have received RFE on my wife's I 485 too on 06/23. Don't know yet what is it about. EB2 PD March 2005.

Please share your experience, what you did to take care of it.
