First my I-130 that filed for my 2nd husband on 2003 was denied last year because when my husband filed the petitioned I-130 I was proceding for deportation but the judge terminated the case. The case was terminated was conditional green card through my 1st husband. Then we filed I-485 this JAn. and received interview 6/3/09 but I was so sad because they can't do anything for us because of the denial of i-130. My questions are.

Can my 2nd husband apply for I-130 again?

How long is the process for I-130 florida location i guess texas service.

Also If 1-130 approve can I used or re-open the same I485 AOS that its been filed.

What happen to the case I-485 if they didn't interview me for that what we should do at this point.
