Need to File an Extension of Visa?
My girlfriend from Mexico City visited me here in St. Louis in January. During her visit, we decided that our love was so strong that we no longer wanted to be separated. So, we got married in April of this year in St. Louis. 
I filed a Petition for Alien Relative and many other documents with USCIS. We have received a "Notice of Action" and "Receipt Number" for:
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative
I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Document
My question: My wife's Visitor's Visa expires in early July, 2009. Do I need to file some kind of extension, or does the fact that the government is processing my petition and her applications, allow her to stay in the U.S. until a decision is made?
