Sponsoring my parents and my brother 12 y.o.

Hi,

I need your advise. I have my mother here in the US and my younger brother (12 y.o.) They both have B-tourist visa. I am the US citizen.

I plan to adjuxt my mother's status to permanent resident by submitting I-130 and I-485 for her. At the same time I don't know what to do with my younger brother .... how can I adjust his status ? Can he go as a dependant of my mother.

Again, they are both in the USA now.
