Hi All,
I have applied I-485 in Aug 2007 (PD 2003 Feb), and currently on EAD. my current employer has
applied GC for me. My brother is starting a small company and I'm planning to move to that company. If I join the company I'm the only employee in his company.
Could you please suggest if this is a good idea joining a smaller company with one employee from a bigger company that applied GC for me? What are the RFEs or queries I might get if I join my brother's company. Has anyone did like this before (joining a smaller company)? I heard that we might get a interview call for I-485 decision. Has anyone got one like this?
Please advice what is the best for me. This is some what tempting because I get paid more if I change the company.
