Hi and thanks for reading and replying.
I've just received a letter from uscis denying my I-485 due to failure to provide RFE ( denial due to abandonment).
I have proof of certified mail that they received the envelope 3 days before the cut off date. I double checked the address and it's all correct, even have the signed delivery information.
I've set up a infopass apointment on my local office to discuss it.
What else shold I do????
