RFE-birth Certificate: Name Difference on BC and Passport

I got an RFE on BC.

As per my Lawyer USCIS is expecting long form of Birth Certificate.
I submiited the Birth certificate while filing the 485 and it has a different name then my passport and it is also in Hindi. I also submitted the Affidavit from my parents and it has the name as per my passport.

Now i received the RFE regarding Long form of Birth Certificate. I am really not sure what i should do in this case. It is very diffecult to get hold of my lawyer to respond to any email or calls.

Please suggest me what all documents i need to submit to USCIS in order to respond to RFE.
