I just made my papers with a group that helps immigrants and they said in the g-325 i shouldn't put that im working right now because it can be a problem for me and the place that im working right now because my visa expired 3 years ago, a different lawyer told me that i should put that i m working right now, if someone can help me please i have all my papers ready to mail in and i don't know what to do, say that im working even that im illegal or say that been not working for 3 years.Thanks

My lawyer said don't show the place of illegal work in any documents. He said that if somebody will ask you during the court about it, the answer is: "Yes, I work illegally, but I can not say where, because it is harming my employer." It’s OK! They understand that you work, they are not stupid, but do not need this show in the documents. If I understood right you already had the court, nobody asked you, don’t tell them

I complete a form for a green card. And I will not write the place of illegal work. I found G-325a (4 pages) form, but it’s to old form (exp.05/31/09). I can not find a new one. Don’t you now where can I get it
? Also, I heard that I need 2 photos, but don’t know exactly what kind of type photo should to be and how many...

I already send my paper i i put where i been working hopefully its ok, my lawyer told me to put the true because i been working whit a social security and recover taxes, so they will now, the dates of the from its ok don't worry about that its the only form they have, i send the one whit that date 05/31/09 the its 2 pictures for your partner American and 4 pictures of the alien all the pictures have to be 2 inch by 2 inch,, ok good luck.Originally posted by sarrior View Postmartimrock

I confused a little bit, didn't understood what is "nonimmigrant visa number" in I-485 form? I have two numbers, but don't know wich one: 14 digital number (black color) in the right up corner or 8 digital number (red color) in the right down corner... Don't you remember what did you write?
Yup, I missed that thing, I worked without ssn and employee authorization card. So, you have a little bit different situation. You just didn't have choice... I appreciate for answers. Good luck to you too!Comment

I married a person from here who is US Citizen back in february and now we are trying to get my papers... well some people tell me to not show the place of illegal work in any documents while others tell me to say the truth and show the place of illegal work in my G-325a, i don't know what to do?? would i get in trouble if i do or if i don't? i need guidance please, thanksComment
