b2 visa expired married usc.
Hi I am helping my cousin. She came in with a b-2 visitor visa as a minor in 2001 and given a six month I-94. She married a US Citizen a year ago. I-94 is expired. She currently holds a valid US visa. She has not left the country but returned I-94 to immigration before it expired. So my questions are:
1. What forms do we need besides the I-485 and I-130?
2. In what order do we need to send the forms?
3. What do I need to put on form I-130 where it asks information about I-94 since she doesn't have it anymore? Her passport does have the date she entered stamped on it. But thats all we have.
