How to proof bond/fund as an asset for i-864?

I have question and please somebody help!!! I am going to use my assets to fulfill requirements for I-864. My husband doesn' t make much and and we had to go with the assets. I have 10 000$ that has been on a term cerficate for 18 months, and this is here in the US so it's easy to prove. I have the letter from the bank, and statement. I also have to use bond/fund i have a general power to, I can WITHDRAW, DEPOSIT< ALOCATE and CHANGe the premium anytime. Because my dad is the co-owner I qualify for 50% of the amount. The question is how do I prove that? the investment portfolio, bond is located in Poland and all I got is an official letter from Citibank in Poland saying all that: my ID and passport # and my dad's, the amount of money and what power do I have? I officially translated and notarized that...would that be enough evidence+ statement from US bank with 10 000$? Thank you all who'll reply
