I am about to submit I-485 for change of status per an approval of the I-140 Petition. One of the questions on the form is:
Have you received public assistance in the U.S. from any source, including the U.S. government or any state, county, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment), or are you likely to receive public assistance in the future?
My question is, my kids and my wife were on WIC program and my kids latter on were on ALL Kids program and I am not sure if I should put "Yes" to that question or not and if I answer yes will it affect I-485 application.
