URGENT IMMI or OTHERS PLEASE

Hi,

I am married, and applied for 485. She is in India.
Could you please help me in following questions.

1. I did not add my spouse name in 485. Can I add my spouse to my 485 any time(before aproval).
2. Do I have to file new 485 for my spouse to apply separate.
3. She cannot come here becuase my H1 is expired and I am on EAD. Is it possible to process CP for her while I am on 485 here.

Pleae tell me the best way to get her here. CP or any other way.

You could file either a) Following to Join for her or b) she could enter the U.S. on some type of nonimmigrant status that is independent and then file her I-485 based on the marriage having taken place prior to your obtaining the GC. Case is more difficult and time consuming if marriage took place after your I-485 approval rather than before.
