Hi,
I had applied for my I-485 along with that for my wife in Aug 2007.
My wife was then on a G-4 visa.
However, in Nov 2007 we both got our EADs and in January she quit her job and relinquished her G-4 status, to go on the EAD. She is now on the EAD.
A week ago I got an RFE for her, asking for 3 things:
1. Biographic information - This has been filled out.
2 and 3: For I508 and I-566, which are forms for waiver for those in G status.
- I am confused about these 2 since my wife is no longer in G-4 status. Would I still need to send these?
Any help greatly appreciated.
