hello everybody.
on july 6 i had initial marriage interview.very strange,our officer was very roude(not even say good mornin)but she didnt ask to many questions.only formal,like when did you meet,whats your adress....basic questions.then she ask for paper which confirm that my wifes previous marriage is legaly over(dont know the word,something like "final judgement......something).my wife showed her another paper from court which shows that previous marriage is over(she was previously married 7 years ago) but that wasnt enough for officer.my attorney ask for RFE but officer refused.we went outside of interview room and waiting for attorney(he stayed inside to speak with superviser).after 10 minutes he is back and said"everything is ok we have to give them that "final judgement....."paper in next 3 days.same day we went to another city and got that paper from clerk of court and gave it to attorney.he submited it next day on jully 7-th.he also said that my chances for approval notices are 80%???
since than i have nothing from immigration and im starting to be nervous becouse i know that if they will approve the case,approval letter usually arrive after 7-10 days.what do you think,people,about my chances.officer didnt say nothing nor approve or refused she just took my i-94.
