My NIW 140 was approved 2 years ago, and 485 is pending. Recently I need to travel back to my country to take a new career opportunity. It is still within my NIW area. The working schedule will be flexible because I will become the boss.
I think there are two options:
1. Stay in my country for about 10 months, and go back to the US before my AP expiration date, stay in the US for 2 months, meanwhile renew my AP.
2. transfer my case to Consular Processing (CP). But can I still travel back to the US easily for both business and personal reasons because my girl friend is sill in the US?
