in a family wife is under AOS I 485 pending for approval .
If I 485 gets approved

what will be the status of her spouse holding H4 Visa.

Can his Spouse holding H4 then apply for AOS after his Wife's Status has been approved

Has to use the follow to join procedure and can no longer be or apply for a H4.
