forms to fill

Hi,
Along with I-485, I am thinking of filing I-325A,I-765 (for EAD) and I-131(for advance parole). Are there any other forms that I need to fill ?

You need:

I-485
G-325A(in white, green, pink and blue)
I-765 (EAD)
I-131(Advance Parole- optional)
If you have a spouse or dependents, you need to file an I-134 on their behalf.

Offhand, I think that's it! Of course, you'll need all supporting documents- proof of past status in the US, proof of relationship to any dependents, birth certificate, US visa in passport, I-94 card (front and back), medical exam, photographs, filing fees... This is off the top of my head, but I think that's everything. You should be able to find a definitive list on-line somewhere.

Copies of all the pages of the passport (even blank pages) ...
Medical examination forms are also downloadable from INS web site (I693)
You need to write a letter requesting for AP with a valid reason
