i need urgent help i want to know that my case describe
I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

On August 6, 2009, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. WHAT THAT THIS MEAN I CAME ON K-1 VISA , I GOT MARRIED ON TIME , SO I WANT TO UNDERSTAND Y THEY DID THAT AND WEATHER THERE IS A PROBLEM IN MY CASE, I FULFILLED ALL THE REQUIREMENT FOR I-485 BUT THEY STILL FORWARD IT FROM CHICHAGO TO CALIFORNIA , I DONT KNOW Y CAN SOME ONE HELP AM I ONLY THE ONE WHOSE CASE HAS BEEN FORWARDED.................

I-485, can't believe the transfer case issues, might cause delays

We have the same issues, my husband came on a k-1
We got married on time. I sent in I-485 w/ I-765, I-130, I-131 on 6/1/09
They received it on 6/3/09. They cashed in the check on 6/8/09. They sent me a receipt for I-485 only on 6/10/09. They sent for fingerprints on 7/1/09. They transferred the case from Chicago to Lee Summit. On 6/23/09, they transferred it again to California. Since then, no signs and I have never received a receipt for I-130, I-765, I-131. And I know that I filed it correctly and send everything they need.

my papers has been forwarded to california thats what the letters said.i got my EAD after my biometrics and finger prints and it takes a month and 10 days only so i am working now..but i dont hear anything about my AOS,no letters or anything.

They have 90 days to process the EAD/AP.

Why are you paranoid on an interview? You will be called for one based on how busy the local office is, it could take 30-60 days for you to even get an interview letter in the mail from the local office. Given that California has lot of immigrants, it might take a while.

first of all i am not paranoid, i am worried about thing , now the status shows this

well it was not sent to the local office but it was sent to California service center for speed up process , let see , i got my advance parole today so lets see how thing work out..........................

My I-485 has been approved, my husband got his green card in two months from 06/08/09 to 08/08/09, he received the green card 08/14/09. I wish all of you LUCK:

my work authorization has been approved and sent on the 18th of august, thing r moving i am happy but there case for aos is still pending i dont know how long it will take
