my employer filed me for EB2 but they said they wont file my i-485 and ead until my i-140 will be approve. the PD for eb2 in my country is current, but they insist that they will only file my i-485 after the i-140 is approve.can somebody tell me whats the difference between concurrent filing with waiting the i-140 approval then file for i-485?
