Does anybody knows what month/year that the Department of State is currently working for EB 3 & 4? They just post unavailable (U). Please let us know the website if any. Thanks a lot.

If it is U, that means they aren't working on anything.

Go back to the visa bulletin page and look at the archives to see that.

Thanks for the functual response. I've look at April of 09 which was the last month were there was a date for EB3 category. Is this the current year that the Department of State is still working on or did they move on to another year because you said "If it is U, that means they aren't working on anything". I apologized if i'm a bit anoying. I just want to know what year are the DoS are currently working.

You don't seem to understand how things work. The dates move or retrogress based on available visa numbers. If they last worked on Apr 2003, that doesn't mean when the new quota starts, it will be apr 2003. It could be Jan 1999.

            In short, it is unpredictable.

What I heared from my layer and some other sources is that, eventhough the Visa numbers are not available for most of the categories, USCIS is reviewing the pending applications as posted in the "USCIS Processing Time Information" for each Service Center and adjudicating the cases based on the priority dates and continuing with rest of the processing.
