anyone can help me on this ?
i'm an asylee since 1999 and i applied for an adjustment of status under the employment since 2005 on EB 3 category.
-I 140 was approved since 2006
-my prioty date is on june 2006
-the visa bulletin said unvailable on my category.
questions:-can i apply in the mean time for a GC under my asylee status ?
-how can i do to speed my case ?
-when the visa number on EB3 will be available ?
