I came in on an f-1 years ago and kept the status lawful the whole time. I graduated last year which I think made me out of status. I'm married to my gf of 6 years who is a usc. I;m filing the 130, 485, etc
I am really really scared that I'm going to screw up the documents I went to a regional uscis office and they told me even though my status is out of status I should put f-1 student on every block that says "current status" because that was my last status. I really don't want to mess this up because my wife and I don't have alot of money and cant afford to resubmit apps.
I'm also very confused and frustrated with uscis because of part 2 of the 485 I've been told it's A by some and H by some. I just don't know what to do and I'm afraid I'll be kicked out and basically have my wife, home, life taken away because of confusion on these apps.
if I submit it with the f-1 stuff will uscis basically kick me out for putting the wrong thing? I;m so so worried I'm just so afraid and confused.
