Some some background info --I came to the US in 2000 - Someone stole my purse with my passport in it- I94 Visa etc
I filed a police report and I was told by my consulate to wait 6 weeks for a new passport. During this time I met my husband. We have lived together for 8.5yrs and we have 3 children together. We got married about 1 month ago. (He just turned USC in June). I applied for a replacement I94 and got the approval in the mail.
On the I-485 form it asks for my visa number
Do i just leave it blank and supplement it with my police report of my lost passport (i stupidly never kept a copy)
Also another very silly question
What would be my application type- would it be
A . an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved.)
or
H...Other basis of eligibility. Explain (for example, I was admitted as a refugee, my status has not been terminated, and I have been physically present in the U.S. for one year after admission). If additional space is needed, use a separate piece of paper
