TSC - I485

Hi, I filed I485 in TSC(EB2) in August 2000, got AP and EAD in october 2000. FP and Medical done in August 2000. Recently my file got transferred to local INS offcie (chicago) and received FP notice again and FP done in November 2001. So far haven't heard anything from INS. Did it happen to any one? Any ideas whether I will be called for an interview? MY PD IS MAY 1999.

Hi, I am on the same boat

My PD is May99. EB3. I filed my I-485 in Nov-99. Got the FP done long back. Renewing my EAD for the 2nd time. INS, Texas is taking forever. They are not even taking calls from my lawyer. I have some friends who are in the same situation.
Did your lawyer try to contact them ?

I know few people who already got it!!!!

I am not sure why there is a delay in some cases. I know few of them already got their PP stamped. In my case my employer is in Atlanta and we are in Chicago and my case got transfered to local INS office. My lawyer said he will contact next month.
Did you receive a FP notice again?

Not yet

No, I did not get my second FP yet. I got one done in Feb 2000. My friend who is in a similar situation got a second FP in Nov 2001.
