Hi friends,
My i-140 is approved, i-485 is pending more than 180 days on EB3 with no current priority date and I am on EAD for last 2 years and don't have a job/project over 1 year. And my wife is also on EAD (beneficiary) and working full-time permanent job for a good company and taking care of expenses/bills.
Recently, I received an appointment letter from USCIS to attend for an interview regarding my i-485 application at local office. and they have requested to bring originals of last 3 yrs of tax returns, w-2's, and current job letter.
I do have 3 yrs of tax returns, w-2's but don't have a current job letter since I don't have a job at this point.
My question: Are they going to deny my i-485 application? PLEASE advise. or share your experience if you went thru' this kind of situation.
Thank you for your time
