There are some Law firms who are doing concierge services for NRIs like creating purchase deeds, attestation, procuring NABC, ect. I spoke with one firm- Legallexis based out of New Delhi to check if i can get NABC. They said they are doing services in leading cities in India. I did not get their services because i found in my case, it is not possible to get NABC.

Also, there are some firms in Bangalore as well- I think TTK provides such service as well.
