Hello friends,
I recently heard some news about Expedited I-485 (AOS)processing. According to the news, one of the following conditions has to be met.
1) When there is a reasonable delay in processing I-140 by INS (for no reason), then INS can expedite his/her I-485 processing.
2)When a person lost his/her Job after I-140 is approved.
