My AOS is family based. My father (U.S citizen) filed. My priority date is July 22, 2002. Yep long time. I:130 was approved in August 2007 but I had to wait for my priority date to become current. April 2009, filed for Adjustment of Status. Did my biometrics on May 2nd and got EAD May 26th. I have been out of status for quite some time but I am in good moral standings. Attorney decided to file for adjustment of status. I am a single mom with a 13 yr old daughter. Have never been in any problems. What are my chances? I am so nervous. Attorney will be present at interview this Wednesday September 9th at Garden City. Hopefully I meet someone nice. Any thoughts?
