change of status, travel abroad.HELP!!!

Hi, I am mexican holding a F-1 Visa (in status), I just got married to a american citizen last month and we are working on my change of status. We are now just waiting for the results of y medical examination to send all the forms.

We had planned getting married bythe church and have our reception in Mexico in January 16, but we were reading that I cannot leave the USA for a period of time.

Along with my form to change my status and the medical one, we sent a I-131 to ask for a advance parole and be able to re-ente to the USA after our wedding in Mexico.

My question is... we'll w make it on time? it is a little bit more than 3 monnths that wehve before our trip to mexico... what should we do? I am really stressed out!!!

I think advance parole is for emergency travel only.... you can call USCIS and ask them. Oterwise you will have t wait for your GC, unless you have a valid visa.
