"Adding" spouse to my I-485

Hi,
I am on H1 currently. My I485 is in pending (EB2) and my PD is Nov-06. I got married couple of months back and my spouse is with me now in US (on H4).

My questions are, if we apply my spouse's I485 on the first date when my PD becomes current:

1. Does my GC will be issued on the same month as PD became current?

2. Or USCIS will only issue both of our GCs together sometime down the line?

3. If I get GC on the month PD became current, can we expect my spouse I485 to be approved on any subsequent months, given that my PD is current in that month?

4. Or does my spouse will get a new PD?

1. Possible but cannot say. It depends on USCIS and your luck/badluck.
2. Nothing like that.
3. Depends on the procedural things like FP, FBI name check etc to be completed. No guaranty of any sort that it will happen.
4. Your spouse will get your PD. That is the whole idea.
