Hi Gurus,
I had recieved this ASC 2nd time Finger printing notice in June 2009 While I was in India for a surgery. I recently came to know that i had recieved it through my cousin. It's been 3 months now i haven't updated any Info or reschedule an appointment.
To my bad my AP and H1B Visa got expired and No Job in Hand. I am not sure when I would be back to US if this situation continues. Is there a way to communicate with ASC Center and Mail them explaining my situation(Visa Expiration and Health grounds).
What are the chances they might consider my request at this point of time?
