Hi.
My wife will send form I-130, I-485, I-485A and other forms. She entered to US on tourist visa. Right now, she illegal in US. I got couple questions about it.
1) She didn't get I-94 form when she entered US ( she filled it out and gave it back ). She got only stamp in her passport. Will the copy of stamp work for her or she got to get that I-94 somehow?
2) We know each other for 3 months ( Got married 3 weeks ago ). I know that its a short time, but we love each other, live together and so. We married each other that fast because she got a few medical problems. She is going to county hospital, but she got to wait a few months for her appointments. I will get my health insurance in 1 month. So she could get a normal doctor and treatment. Do you guys think IO will understand that or should we wait some more time?
3) Should we send phone bills, photos and other evidence with papers or just take them for interview?
