Hello everyone ... Can anyone share their experience filing for Adjustment of Status under 245(i) Family-based Petition?
I was petitioned by my mother under 2B Family Preference (Unmarried Sons and Daughters above 21) and my priority date is approaching soon. I was wondering if anyone have tried filing for Adjustment of Status under the 245(i)? Can you list all the forms filed, correct fees, timeline of application?
I am desperate to know as I am working this on my own. I haven't consulted yet with a lawyer and I hope anyone out there can share a line or two.
