gud day to all..
i have a question regarding to our pending case cause im a little bit confuse...
* is the processing time of 485 is regard on what day they recieve your application? cause my friend told me that his lawyer said that your processing time is based on the date you submit your labor certification which is by the way mine is august 2006... and the lawyer said that the immigration is processing right now is july 2005...his filed his labor cert last july 2005...
*by the way we both submit our I-485 application on the same month he was just ahead of me for a week.. we both have the same place of proccessing in NEBRASKA.. an he was already interviewed last sept 2 2009 for green card and mine is.. im still waiting for it...sigh...
