Hi, I just have a question regarding my husbants current USCIS status that we need to put on form I-485. He overstayed his visa, and he came to US legaly on j-1 student visa. Than he applied for h2b visa and extand it as long as he could. Now we got married ( I am US citizen) and we want to file I-130 and I-485. What should we put as his current USCIS status?
Please help.
