AOS interview Sept 23rd !!!!!!!

Filed for AOS in TX in 05/08. moved case to CA 01/09. 1st interview was cancelled due to short notice after move. Received denial notice in the mail claiming we abandoned case. Wrote letters to both local office and chicago box asking to reopen case since 800 no did not let local office know we had rescheduled interview.

1 mnth later received letter saying case had been reopened, a new EAD card (didnt pay for) and a 2nd interview notice for the local santa ana location addressed to me the beneficiary ONLY asking me to bring all info to complete AOS process but does not ask me to bring my husband the PETITIONER ? is this normal ? all previous letters have always been sent to him

Came on student visa that expired and have been married 3 and 1/2 years. should I bring my husband along ? is this normal ?

Take your husband if yours is family based GC irrespective of what they ask you to bring in the letter.
