G-325A - misunderstanding

Hi,
I misunderstood one detail. Could somobody help me.please? On the site in description of the form G-325A is written that there are 4 pages totally, but when you open from Adobe Reader to fill it, there are only two pages( one is the form and the other is instructions). What to do? Does G-325A demand only one page? Because before they DID demand 4 copies for different departments.

hit form,,will have 4 pages, enter all the info on the top page and adobe will enter the info in the other 3 pages,,, you have to send all 4 pages.

i mailed in my package last week (AUG 28) with the new form and i only submitted one copy ( one page instead of four pages).
since the instructions on the old G-325a said to submit all 4 copies and
the instructions on the new G-325a didn't, i just followed the instructions on the new G-325a. (NOT the instructions on the forms i was submitting)

Today (SEP 8) i received the I-797C (for all forms I-130, I-765, I-485)
and everything is approved and OK
