I-485 priority date?

Hi,
I have a rather stupid question. I would like to know the PD for I-485 in EB-1A category. Should I look for the dates in the monthly visa bulletin or I-485 processing dates in the TSC website.

If it is the latter, it appears that 485 is backlogged in all categories or am I reading the PD wrong

Is there a special PD for CP or does it simply follow I-485 dates

Let me take a stab at this. CP would be state dept visa bulletin dates; I-485 adjustment of status, I would use the dates listed on the USCIS service centers . Just my opinion and what I used when I was awaiting my AOS.
